1. The client is ultimately responsible for the accuracy, correctness and legal/regulatory compliance of all copy, colours and dimensions, whether supplied by the client or by Printsmart Jamaica Ltd, and in
particular is responsible for proof reading and signing off on final version of the artwork before going to print (Final version refers to last electronic proof submitted prior to signing off).

2. It is the client’s responsibility to request hard copy proofs or print quality samples from us for final sign off, or correction, as printer proofs can often differ from supplied artwork files. It is to be understood that laser, ink jet, jpeg or pdf/digital proofs etc, may not accurately represent final print quality, and are purely for rough visual/copy approval purposes only.

AS PART OF OUR TERMS OF BUSINESS, WE REQUEST THAT THE PROOFING PROCEDURE AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, MUST BE ADHERED TO, REGARDLESS OF, AND INCLUDING TIME CONSTRAINTS ETC.  PRINTSMART JAMAICA LTD. DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY REPEAT PRINTING COSTS OR OTHER COSTS INCURRED AT THE PRINTING STAGE AFTER CUSTOMER’S APPROVAL.
